Sabine Oil & Gas Corporation has adopted this Corporate Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (this “Code”), which provides basic principles and guidelines to assist directors, officers and other employees in complying with the legal and ethical requirements governing the Company’s business conduct.  This Code covers a wide range of business practices and procedures but does not cover every issue that may arise.
