About NFR

NFR has put together focused core positions in East Texas and the Rockies, covering over 1,596,802 gross acres and 685,156 net acres. Our properties provide a significant development and extension inventory. Our program includes application of reservoir description to identify the full development potential of our properties, as well as the technical and operational expertise to execute a top of class program.

We currently own interest in over 1000 wells and we operate over 80% of our assets. We currently produce 66 million cubic feet per day of natural gas and equivalents on average, which will grow substantially with our significant development program.

NFR's East Texas program is focused on development and extension of the Cotton Valley Sand formation, as well as the valuable Haynesville Shale. NFR's properties cover Harrison, Rusk, Panola and Shelby counties in East Texas and are mostly in proven, well defined field areas. We are running an active drilling program to develop our over 1271 identified opportunities. Our program to date has established significant resources in the Cotton Valley Sands, as well as in the Haynesville Shale. We have begun a horizontal well development program in both the Cotton Valley Sands and in the Haynesville Shale and will be extensively applying this value enhancing technology in the future.

The cornerstone of NFR's Rockies position is our dominating holdings in the Bear Paw basin in Montana. We own over 600,000 net acres in this basin making us one of the top operators in the area. The Bear Paw assets also have an extensive development and exploration inventory. Rapid execution is underway and will produce significant production growth in this region.
